On the occasion when Chinese policies are successively favorable to import trade, 16th “China •Tianjin investment trade talks & world original commodity trade fair”will be held during April 18th – 22nd, 2009，which is a fair sponsored by Tianjin Municipality (government), holding for imported commodity especially, in order to construct a competitive trading environment for foreign business, to provide the best trading platform and the most convenient import channel for characteristic commodities from various countries to enter into Chinese market.
This is the first time to hold a fair in China, importing mainly original commodities from various countries, an international grand meeting with the most scale and influence. The city of Tianjin in where to hold the fair is one of four municipalities in China and is an important Seaport for Northern and Western China, which located in the centre of Northeastern Asian international cooperative zone. As an important seaport city and economic cultural centre in North of China, Tianjin plays a driving role for development of surrounding area.

“China •Tianjin investment trade talks & world original commodity trade fair” focuses on 18 kinds of main products demanded by Chinese buyers, they are: agricultural products, livestock products, marine products, mineral products, natural plants processed products, foodstuffs, beverage (wine), textiles and ornaments, handicrafts and gifts, electronics, machinery & electronic products, hi-tech products, hardware tool, medium and small sized machinery equipment, environment-friendly equipment, building materials, various kinds of vehicles, medicine, etc. and other commodities in various fields concerned.

1. The organizers will provide free lodging and food for 2 exhibitors every booth. (9 square meters a booth)
2. The exhibitors can exhibit as well as sale the products they take to the spot. It is the seldom preference in all of the international exhibition. From this way they can not only obtain the expense which they pay for the booth fee and transportation cost, but also can feel out the Chinese market about which kind of product have good market here.
3. At the same time, the organizers will invite some great importers, distributors and consumer agencies to attend the fair also. That is to say every exhibitor participate in this fair can gain the opportunity to conclude the contract with them.
4. After the fair, participants can store their rest commodities into original commodities distributing center directly, which is a long term market constructed by the recruiter of this fair for importers sale their original commodities in China. Or they can entrust their Chinese agency to sale the products in the center as one of the distributors in it. Every distributor of our center certain have the propriety to participate in the fair every year, at the same time, they can enjoy the favorable price of booth fee.

The exhibitors could obtain more discounts if they book more than 5 stands.
Including facilities: triple face exhibition board (3W×2.5H); Fascia in both Chinese and English; carpet; 1 advisory table; 2 chairs; 2 directional brackets; one power socket(220V,50Hz).
Indoor raw space ( minimum rent area is 36 sq.m): USD 240/sqm/period
☆Remarks: indoor raw space only provide the relevant area without any facilities, the participants will construct and remove the booth by themselves. At the same time, they should pay for USD 40 for management expenses during construction if they rent the raw space.

Procedure for exhibiting
1. To fill application, after signature, sealed then fax to organizing committee.
2. After participation confirmed, please remit booth charges and other expenses concerned to special account appointed by organizing committee, within 15 days after registration.
